Collection 1

Fashion collection “Live In Reality.”

The exam work of Glapito for a vocational fashion degree. The birth of – Glapito, Live In Reality.

Inspiration Collage

Everything starts with a source of inspiration. For this collection the sources are:

Travelling, Hip Hop, TV-Series “Breaking Bad” and mainly – Narcolepsy and the addiction of social media, reality loss.

Colour Palette

The colours are: red – in tones of ruby and cherry; yellow – in tones of sand; green – in tones of emerald and leaves; highly saturated purple; dirt brown.

Collection “Live In Reality” is based on the rules of luxury: 60 % main colour, 30 % secondary colour and 10 % accent colour.

The colour palette is inspired by the fashion tendencies of 2023, reinterpreted through my own artistic perspective and given a unique Glapito signature.

Design Digital Sketch

Every detail in this collection carries a deeper meaning connected to its inspirational sources. Together, these elements represent the feeling of reality distortion and the loss of connection with the present moment — something I personally experience on a daily basis due to narcolepsy, but a feeling that many people may also recognise through excessive social media consumption and digital overload.

However, revealing every hidden meaning behind each element would remove the mystery and personal interpretation that I want the audience to experience.

The collection is created specifically for the summer season, combining comfort, artistic expression, and contemporary fashion aesthetics.
